What are the payment options?

What is your return policy?
We want all our customers to be delighted with our products.
Please email us within 3 days (email@example.com) if you are not happy with your purchase and we will do our best to solve the problem.
If your product is faulty, we will either replace or refund your purchase depending on your preference.
If you have simply changed your mind, return the item to us in its original condition and once we receive it we will issue a refund. Customers will be responsible for the cost of mailing the item back to us.
Please note that for custom orders that have been made to your specifications we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty or damaged.
